1. Applicable Law

All services provided by Bolster Consulting LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Session Policy

Paid sessions may be rolled over to a later date up to two months and are non-refundable.

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are fully due.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations and materials are treated as confidential. Information is shared only with your explicit consent or when required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Maryland law, Bolster Consulting LLC’s total aggregate liability to the client for any and all claims, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the services provided—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client to Bolster Consulting LLC for the services giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Bolster Consulting LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
