Individual coaching

Our interventions span across the spectrum of leadership challenges, such as:

Stepping-up to leadership

We support many clients in navigating the transition from high expertise into leadership. Stepping away from expertise and developing leadership skills requires understanding what the organisation or the context are asking of us, and be ready to meet those sometimes non-explicit expectations. It also requires re-defining what is "important" and adopting a new strategy as to what we should focus on. We help clients become more strategic, adapt their posture and identify opportunities in their day to day activities for stepping-up to leadership.

Exercising a role fully

Many people do no fully embody their role. Adequately exercising the various aspects of authority that come attached with a role can be challenging. Our coaching helps leaders fully embrace their roles, equipping them with the necessary tools and strategies to excel in their positions and combine their role with others within the organisation towards organizational success.

Leadership style

We support leaders in defining their authentic leadership style, through enhancing self-awareness, communication strategies, managing presence and energy, to inspire and motivate their teams.

Interpersonal issues

We assist leaders in navigating complex relationships within their organisations, fostering effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration.

Self-confidence

Our coaching techniques enhance self-confidence and self-belief, enabling leaders to overcome self-doubt and perform at their full potential. We work on the three pillars of self-confidence: authority, presence and impact.  Self-confidence is often impaired by limiting beliefs which we help identify and transform into empowering ones for success and impact.

Professional transition

We provide support to individuals going through professional transitions, such as career shifts or organizational changes, helping them navigate these challenges and achieve successful outcomes.
