Laurent is an International Coach Federation-certified executive coach, organization development consultant and former attorney and general counsel.

Clients particularly value his insights drawn from lived experience as a corporate lawyer with CMS and Freshfields in London and Paris, and later as General Counsel in complex organizations (EDF, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) and fast-paced tech companies (Amazon, Amazon Web Services, and French unicorn PayFit).

Laurent understands first-hand the pressures and dynamics of complex and fast-growing organisations. His clients value his ability to speak the business and strategic language as well as the language of coaching and psychology, creating space for action, reflection and meaningful change.

Laurent trained as an executive coach at INSEAD and International Coach Academy and as an organization development consultant at Georgetown University.

Laurent is President of La Tech DMW, the leading French tech organization in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia area, and a member of the HR Committee of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in New York.
