Laurent Tari

Founder & ICF Certified Executive Coach, Organization Consultant

Laurent is an International Coach Federation-certified executive coach, organization development consultant and former attorney and general counsel. He partners with executives,  lawyers and founders to help them strengthen their leadership presence, navigate complexity, and build cohesive, high-performing teams.


Clients particularly value his insights drawn from lived experience as a corporate lawyer with CMS and Freshfields in London and Paris, and later as General Counsel in complex public-sector environments (EDF, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) and fast-paced tech companies (Amazon, Amazon Web Services, and French unicorn PayFit). Laurent understands first-hand the pressures and dynamics of complex and fast-growing organisations. His clients value his ability to bridge strategic, relational and behavioural dimensions, creating space for reflection and meaningful change.


Laurent’s approach is systemic and pragmatic, grounded in organizational psychology and behavioral science. He works with individuals and teams on trust, conflict, accountability, and strategic alignment, helping them move from expertise to leadership and from insight to impact. He also supports conflict resolution.


Laurent trained as an executive coach  at INSEAD and International Coach Academy  and  as an organization development consultant  at Georgetown University .
