Laurent is an International Coach Federation-certified executive coach, organization development consultant and former attorney and general counsel.

Clients particularly value his insights drawn from lived experience as a corporate lawyer with CMS and Freshfields in London and Paris, and later as General Counsel in complex public-sector environments (EDF, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) and fast-paced tech companies (Amazon, Amazon Web Services, and French unicorn PayFit).

Laurent understands first-hand the pressures and dynamics of complex and fast-growing organisations. His clients value his ability to speak both the business and strategic language and the language of coaching and psychology, creating space for action, reflection and meaningful change.

Laurent trained as an executive coach at INSEAD and International Coach Academy and as an organization development consultant at Georgetown University.
