Laurent’s practice taps into the breadth of his lived experience as a corporate attorney (CMS, Freshfields), and in-house legal leader in complex public sector environments (CDC, EDF), as well as agile and fast paced tech companies (Amazon, AWS, and French fintech PayFit).

Laurent contributed to shaping company culture and conducted change management within his teams for sustainable long term impact, with a key focus on developing his team members. Over the years, his appetite for the development of self and of his teams and stakeholders became paramount and helped him make lasting contributions benefiting employers but also people around him. This appetite naturally lead him to considering further developing his coaching practice, and eventually to transition in a coaching career.

Laurent certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), after obtaining Executive Coaching Certifications from INSEAD and from the International Coach Academy. He is also a Everything DiSC® and a Five Behaviors® certified practitioner.

Laurent adheres to the ICF Code of Conduct, and coaches in English or French, in the Americas and Europe.
